Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Who we are
The website www.maximumedit.com and the products sold on it are operated by SISU ENTERPRISE LIMITED, Unit 1603, 16/F The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, Incorporation No. 77542421 (“we”, “us”). We have no telephone line: you can reach us by email at info@maximumedit.com and we reply within 2 business days.
These Terms apply to the use of the website, to the purchase of the Maximum Edit packages (the “Product”) and to the booking of paid consultations (the “Consultation”, section 17). The Refund Policy, which you also accept when you buy, forms part of these Terms.
2. The Product
Maximum Edit is a system that edits your videos with artificial intelligence on your own computer: it cuts pauses and retakes, adds word-by-word animated captions, music and sound effects and, depending on the package, animated graphics and 3D models. It is sold in three one-time packages:
- Setup: the editing system (automatic cuts, animated captions, music and sound effects, vertical and horizontal formats), the guided installation and email support;
- Setup + Graphics: everything in Setup, plus the library of animated 2D graphics (maps, charts, titles, transitions) and style presets;
- Complete: everything in Setup + Graphics, plus the library of animated 3D models and the new 3D models we publish in the 12 months after the purchase.
The website describes what each package contains at the time you buy. The installation guide explains how to install and use the system.
3. What you need, and what is not included
To use the Product you need:
- a Mac or Windows computer on which you can install software, with an internet connection;
- your own subscription to Claude, the artificial intelligence of Anthropic, PBC, that performs the edit. The Claude subscription is not included in the price: you buy it directly from Anthropic, under Anthropic’s terms and prices, and you pay for it separately. We are not responsible for Anthropic’s services, their availability, their prices or their limits.
How fast an edit is rendered depends on your computer. How many videos you can edit each month depends on your Claude plan: we set no limit. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Maximum Edit is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
Before buying, check that you have, or are willing to buy, what this section lists. If you are unsure, write to us.
4. How the contract is concluded
To buy a package:
- choose the package on the website and enter your email address, first name and surname;
- tick the required boxes, none of which is pre-ticked. With them:
- you accept these Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy;
- you ask for the files to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that, once they have been delivered, you lose your right of withdrawal;
- continue to the checkout page of Whop, the platform that processes the payment, and pay.
Under the acceptance box, a notice tells you that after the purchase we may email you about our similar products, with a link to refuse these emails: see “Marketing emails to customers” in the Privacy Policy.
You can check and correct your details before paying. If you notice a mistake after paying, such as a wrong email address, write to us.
The contract is concluded when Whop confirms your payment. It is concluded in the language of the website you buy from (Italian or English), and the Terms you accept are the ones in that language. We keep a record of your acceptances and a copy of every version of these Terms (section 6): you can ask us for a copy of the version you accepted.
5. Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the website and at checkout when you order (at the date of these Terms: Setup €197, Setup + Graphics €297, Complete €797, plus VAT). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Prices shown on the website do not include VAT or other sales taxes: Whop calculates them at checkout according to your country and adds them to the price. The final total is shown on the Whop checkout before you pay.
Payment is processed by Whop: you enter your card or other payment details on Whop’s checkout, and they never reach us. Whop’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment. The charge appears on your card statement as WHOP*MAXIMUMEDIT.
6. Records of your purchase
We keep electronic records that show how the contract was concluded and performed:
- your acceptances: for each acceptance you give at checkout, the date and time, the exact text of the box you ticked and the version of the document it refers to, together with the IP address, browser and country from which you sent the form;
- our legal documents: a copy of every version of these Terms, of the Refund Policy and of the Privacy Policy;
- the delivery: when we sent the email with your download links, the address we sent it to and the files it linked to;
- the downloads: every attempt to download a file, with the date and time, the file, the IP address, browser and country, and the result.
We use these records to prove the contract and the delivery. We may share them with Whop, the card networks, the banks involved and the competent authorities to answer a chargeback or a payment dispute, and to establish, exercise or defend our rights. The Privacy Policy explains how we process these data and how long we keep them.
7. Immediate delivery
As soon as Whop confirms your payment, we send an email to the address you entered with personal download links, one for each file of your package. The Product is delivered when we send this email: from that moment the files are available to you.
- The links of Setup and Setup + Graphics work for 30 days and for up to 10 downloads per file; the links of Complete work for 365 days and for up to 25 downloads per file, so that you can download the new 3D models of the following 12 months.
- Every download attempt is recorded (section 6).
- Make sure your email address is correct, check your spam folder and save the files on your computer.
If a link has expired or does not work, write to us from the email address you used for the purchase: we can send the links again and extend their validity, unless we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse (section 11).
Your links stop working if the purchase is refunded or if a chargeback or other payment dispute is opened on your payment (section 12).
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
In the EU, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once delivery has begun, if the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged losing the right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); in Italy, Article 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
At checkout you ask us to deliver the files immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once they have been delivered. We record your request (section 6), and the delivery email confirms it with its date, time and version. Therefore, once the email with your download links has been sent, the purchase cannot be withdrawn and is not refundable, except in the cases listed in the Refund Policy and where mandatory law gives you a right to a refund.
If the files do not arrive or the system does not work on a computer that meets the requirements of section 3, write to us: we send the files again or fix the problem, as explained in the Refund Policy. This does not affect the remedies that mandatory law gives you if the Product is not in conformity with the contract.
9. Licence
The Product (the software, the installation guide, the graphics, the 3D models, the music, the sound effects and the presets) is protected by copyright and belongs to SISU ENTERPRISE LIMITED or to its licensors. Buying it does not transfer ownership to you: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on the computers you use, for yourself or, if you buy on behalf of a company or other organisation, for that one organisation. Each purchase covers one buyer: one person or one organisation.
Your videos are yours. You may use the Product to edit videos for yourself, for your business and, if you are a professional or an agency, for your clients, and you may publish, sell and use those videos anywhere, including commercially. The graphics, 3D models, music and sound effects of the Product may be used inside the videos you make with it.
You may not, in whole or in part:
- share, forward, lend, give away, resell, rent or sublicense the Product, its files or your download links;
- publish or redistribute the files of the Product, or its graphics, 3D models, music or sound effects on their own (outside a video you have made), including on websites, file-sharing services, repositories, marketplaces or other products;
- use the Product to create a competing product or service;
- use the Product or its files to train artificial intelligence models, or include them in datasets used for that purpose;
- remove copyright notices or present the Product as your own.
The Product may include or install third-party software and components that are distributed under their own licences, which apply to them. Your use of Claude is governed by your agreement with Anthropic.
Your download links are personal and every download is recorded, so downloads made with shared links can be traced back to your order. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you seriously breach this section, we may end your licence and deactivate your links.
10. Updates and support
The price covers the version of the Product available when you buy it. The Complete package also includes the new 3D models we publish in the 12 months after the purchase: we add them to the files of your package, and you download them with your links. Other updates and new versions are not included and may be offered separately, without prejudice to any update that we are required by law to provide to keep the Product in conformity with the contract.
Support is by email at info@maximumedit.com: we help you install the Product and we fix problems with it. Support does not include custom work, such as a style made for you or a different workflow: that is what the Consultation is for.
11. Personal links, misuse and suspension
Your download links are for you only: do not forward or share them. We may suspend or deactivate your links, refuse to send them again and refuse further orders from you if we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse (for example links shared with other people, or downloads from many different places), fraud or a breach of these Terms. If you think we have done this by mistake, write to us: we will review your case and, if the suspicion turns out to be unfounded, restore your access.
12. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If there is a problem with your order, write to us at info@maximumedit.com before asking your bank or card issuer for a chargeback or opening a payment dispute with Whop, and give us a reasonable opportunity to solve it: most problems, such as an email that did not arrive or a link that has expired, are solved quickly and at no cost. This does not prevent you from contacting your bank straight away if your card was used without your permission (section 13).
When a chargeback or payment dispute is opened on your payment, your download links stop working automatically. If you open one for a purchase that you made and that was delivered to you, although you are not entitled to a refund, we will contest it with the records described in section 6, keep your links deactivated, refuse further orders from you and, where the law allows, claim from you the amount charged back and the documented fees and costs that the chargeback caused us. If the chargeback or dispute is withdrawn or decided in our favour, you can ask us to send you the links again. If your payment is refunded or reversed, the licence ends and you must delete every copy of the Product.
13. Fraud and unauthorised use of payment methods
If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an order is fraudulent, for example because a card was used without its holder’s permission or someone else’s details were used, we may cancel the order, deactivate its links, refuse further orders from the same person and report the case to Whop, to the card issuer and to the competent authorities, sharing with them the records described in section 6. When we cancel an order because the cardholder did not authorise the payment, the payment is refunded to the card used, unless it has already been reversed.
If your card was used to buy the Product without your permission, contact your bank immediately and write to us: the Refund Policy explains what we do.
14. Results, AI and your content
The Product edits your videos with artificial intelligence: the results depend on your footage, on your instructions, on your computer and on your Claude plan, and they can contain mistakes. Always watch your videos before publishing them. We do not guarantee any particular result, number of views or earnings. You are responsible for the videos you make and publish, and for having the rights to the footage, images, music and other content you add to them. See the Disclaimer.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- our total liability connected with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the package or for the Consultation concerned;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, data or business opportunities, nor for losses caused by third-party services you use with the Product, such as Claude or your computer’s operating system.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor your mandatory rights as a consumer.
16. Governing law, changes and other terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory law allows you, as a consumer, to bring or defend proceedings before the courts of the place where you live. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside.
We may update these Terms. The version you accepted when you bought applies to your purchase; a new version applies only to later purchases. If a clause is found invalid, the rest of these Terms remains in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not waived it.
We process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
17. Consultations
17.1 The service. On the consultation page you can book a paid 60-minute video call with the team that built Maximum Edit (the “Consultation”), to adapt the system to you: for example your brand style, your editing workflow or editing from your phone. The Consultation is advice given during the call: we do not access your computer remotely, we do not receive your videos and we do not deliver custom work, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may share your screen if you wish. The call is held in Italian or English and is not recorded unless both sides agree.
17.2 Booking. To book, choose a free time (shown in the time zone you select), answer the booking questions, enter your details and tick the required boxes, none of which is pre-ticked: with them you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, and you ask for the Consultation to take place on the date you chose, acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has been held (section 17.5). Then pay on Whop’s checkout. The time is reserved for you for 30 minutes while you pay. The contract is concluded when Whop confirms your payment; we then confirm the booking by email, with a calendar file.
17.3 Price. The price is the one shown on the booking page and at checkout, one-time and before VAT (at the date of these Terms: €149, or €99 if the email you enter is the one of a package you bought that was not refunded or disputed). We apply the lower price automatically when we create your checkout; the Whop checkout shows the price you pay before you pay it. VAT is calculated by Whop and added to the price (section 5).
17.4 The call. We email you the video call link before the call. Please join on time: the call ends at the booked end time. Never share passwords or access codes, in your answers or during the call.
17.5 Rescheduling, cancellation and right of withdrawal. You can move the call to another free time, or cancel it and receive a full refund, by writing to info@maximumedit.com at least 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations, and calls you do not join within 15 minutes of the start, are not refunded, without prejudice to the rights described below.
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the booking without giving a reason: if the call has not yet taken place, we refund you in full, even if the call is less than 24 hours away. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@maximumedit.com before the period ends; you may use the model withdrawal form in section 18, but you do not have to. Because at booking you ask for the Consultation to take place on the date you chose and acknowledge that you then lose the right of withdrawal, the right is lost once the Consultation has been held (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(a); in Italy, Article 59(1)(a) of the Consumer Code). If you withdraw after the call has started, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us.
If we have to cancel the call or cannot hold it, we offer you a new time or a full refund, as you prefer. If the time you paid for was booked by someone else a moment before your payment arrived, we write to you within one working day to agree on a new time; if none suits you, we refund you in full. Refunds are made through Whop to the payment method used.
17.6 Liability. Decisions about your videos and your workflow remain yours: the advice given during the Consultation is general and based on what you tell us, and section 15 applies to it.
18. Appendix: model withdrawal form
If you have a right of withdrawal (for example for a Consultation that has not yet taken place, section 17.5), you can use this form to exercise it: copy it into an email to info@maximumedit.com, complete it and send it to us before the withdrawal period ends. You do not have to use it: a clear statement of your decision to withdraw is enough.
