Do I need to know how to code or edit?
No. Setup is guided step by step. Then you ask for the edit the way you'd ask an editor, in plain words.
How many videos can I edit?
There's no limit on our side. How many videos you make per month depends on your Claude plan.
How long does an edit take?
It depends on your computer's power and the video's length. While it works, you can use your computer for other things.
Do my videos go through your servers?
No. Your video files stay on your computer: we never receive or store them. Claude, the AI that edits, works with your own Anthropic account, under its terms.
Does it work for YouTube?
Yes: vertical reels and shorts, and horizontal YouTube videos.
What if something doesn't work?
Email us and we'll fix it, free. If you want to go beyond the product (a custom style, a different workflow), there's the 1:1 consultation.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes, on both.
Can I get a refund?
Normally no: it's a digital product, and at checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. If the files don't arrive or the system doesn't work on a computer that meets the requirements, email us: we fix it for free and, if we can't, we refund you. Every case is in the Refund Policy.
