AI edits can contain mistakes

Maximum Edit edits your videos with artificial intelligence. Cuts, captions, graphics and 3D models are chosen automatically and can be wrong: a cut in the wrong place, a word transcribed badly, a graphic that does not fit. Always watch your videos before publishing them and ask for corrections where needed.

Results depend on your setup

Render speed depends on your computer. How many videos you can edit depends on your Claude plan, which you buy from Anthropic. The examples, time savings and cost comparisons on the website, including the cost calculator, are estimates based on typical figures or on the numbers you enter: they are not a promise of results, views or earnings.

Your content and third-party rights

You are responsible for the footage you edit and for everything you add to your videos. Make sure you have the rights to the images, music, logos and other content you use, and that your videos respect the rules of the platforms where you publish them. The graphics, 3D models, music and sound effects included in the Product may be used inside your videos as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Your videos stay on your computer

The editing runs on your computer: your video files do not pass through our servers and we never receive or store them (we only see them if you choose to share your screen during a Consultation). The data Claude needs to perform an edit is exchanged between your computer and Anthropic, under your Claude account and Anthropic’s terms. See the Privacy Policy.

Claude and other trademarks

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Maximum Edit is an independent product, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. Other platforms mentioned on the website (for example YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Mac and Windows) are named for reference only; their trademarks belong to their owners.

Liability

Our liability is governed by the Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
